Delivery Costs

If you are requiring delivery to Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island or Stewart Island, Further charges will apply. We will contact you with a final cost.

Some large, bulky or heavy orders may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to shipping to finalise the order and arrange shipping. Alternatively, you may prefer to email details of the products required prior to purchase and we will provide a final delivery cost.

Delivery

Please note that we are only able to deliver orders within New Zealand and these are sent via Castle Parcels.  Samples are sent via DX Mail.  All orders must be to a physical address. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes (or similar).

Delivery Delays

All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering. Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you to advise you of the reason for the delay.

Packaging

We recycle and reuse most of our packaging.
